For anyone who has never practiced any martial arts before, this is the module for you. This program was designed so students can learn the fundamental movements and accomplish a physical and mental confidence. In this module, self defence will be slightly present in the circuits. (Non-contact training).
Alpha Group: This module is perfect for those who have already practiced some type of martial arts and/or have good level of fitness. If you are looking to improve in physical, technical and psychological performance then this module is for you. (Non-contact training).
Delta Force: This module was designed for someone who has intermediate or advanced technical and physical skills and are looking for performance and technique improvement . In order to be accepted into this program students need to have the right skill sets and good spatial and movement awareness. This training program involves both, floor and standing exercises (With contact).
* A student who has a black belt in any of the martial arts will start at level 2.
A combination of high intensity training and combat skills to tone up your body and mind. The Group session is big enough to be fun, but small enough to still be a quality work out. Small
group training presents the opportunity for people to experience the benefits of the creativity and motivation of our coaches.
